1. Understanding
Client Requirements
We start by having an in-depth discussion with the client to understand:
• Job role and responsibilities
• Skills and experience required
• Salary, benefits, and work conditions
• Timeline for hiring
2. Candidate Sourcing
Using our extensive network, we source candidates from:
• India, Nepal, and Asia for Middle East placements
• Middle East, Asia, and the Philippines for EU placements
• Within the EU for Inter-Europe
NON-EU workforce relocation
3. Screening & Shortlisting
Our team conducts thorough screening, including:
• CV review and skills verification
• Initial interviews to assess attitude, adaptability, and language skills
• Verification of documents and work history
4. Client Interviews
Shortlisted candidates are presented to the client for interviews via:
• Video conferencing
• Face-to-face (if applicable)
• Trade tests or skill assessments (where required)
5. Job Offer & Documentation
Once selected, we assist with:
• Job offer and contract preparation
• Visa application and processing
• Compliance with labour and immigration laws
6. Mobilisation & Onboarding
We coordinate travel, relocation, and joining formalities, ensuring candidates adapt quickly to the new workplace.
7. Post-Placement Support
Even after deployment, we stay in touch with both client and candidate to ensure smooth integration and long-term success.
